    • OV-fiets Availability prediction
    • The succes of Mobility As A Service greatly depends on the availability of the interconnected transport options. In an ideal situation you could transfer from NS-train to an Uber or an OV-fiets, but in reality the service are not yet fully optimised to offer a seamless experience. One of the hiccups is the availability of OV-fiets bikes, but this project aims to improve the fleet management by using machine learning as a prediction tool.

    • Lloyds Bank Refresh
    • Because of a growing product portfolio Lloyds Bank in the Netherlands needed a visual upgrade of their website. The new design boosted the current information structure and lifted the look and feel to a more contemporary form.

    • Lely Online Trader Platform
    • The Trader platform connects Dairy farmers and Lely centers in the context of trading pre-owned Lely equipment. The scope of the project was focussed on reconditioned Lely Astronaut milking robots in Europe, Canada and the US and the goal was to create a platform that has reach and can adapt to include other products, and scale to a broader audience. To ensure the adoption of the platform and a solid product portfolio, the ads are shared across other platforms and this is accessible and easily manageable for everyone. The platform supports the sales journey and emphasises the quality of the products, the service and the overall Lely brand. The ease of use of the platform is key and the included features facilitate both dairy farmers and Lely centers. The interface of this platform extends the Lely brand, but focusses on building trust of pre-owned equipment and trigger the "Business optimizer" persona to engage with the platform.

    • Etihad Airways Unified Design Language
    • Create a visually striking design language for Etihad that translates the "Choose Well" proposition to UX. It should hold up to interpretation both internally, and externally by agencies and vendors.

    • Philips Visual Factory
    • The Philips Visual Factory Proof of Concept provides insight in the material flow for two tiers in the factory. The scope is focussed on the perspective of the "Better-Best CUSTO-line", in the Drachten factory. The Visual Factory prototype provides insight into material availability, which allows employees to asses whether an order will be ready in time for assembly, and visualises the impact of material availability problems on the production chain.

    • China Southern Airlines APP
    • Strategy, Concept, Design and User Involvement were executed to realise a new international mobile-app for China Southern to better support the business and fit the current changing user needs.

    • FrieslandCampina Omni-channel strategy
    • Creation of an Omni-channel strategy and multiple concepts for apps and platforms within this eco-system. Each projects is focused on optimising services that help farmers in running their business more effectively and extend functionalities that the target group is already familiar with.

    • PARKnSHOP E-commerce platform
    • E-commerce project for one the biggest grocery stores in Hong Kong. In the design several problems are tackled, including making the online store responsive, making the checkout process as easy and fast as possible and designing an simple and effective language selection. The design will fit the specific needs of the local target audience and in a number of scrum-sprints the design was realised in Front-end.

    • Leaseplan Corporate website
    • Redesign for the Leaseplan.com website. This corporate site elaborates about the global company and includes access to the country websites (+30) that gives more specific local information. The Design of the website is based on the new developed Leaseplan SME style and included specific components en design features to match the corporate needs.

    • Maxeda E-commerce platform
    • The goal of this project was to develop a fully responsive e-commerce website for the DIY market. The design was based on a white label concept to service a range a multiple formulas in different countries in Europe. For each country an exclusive design was created that matched the needs for the local market. In the project two new types of delivery methods were introduced (Drop Shipment & Home delivery), each with their own requirements. We designed a new flow that empowered the user to quickly and easily navigate through the checkout process.
